Abstract: A display apparatus comprises a light emitting element, a driving transistor connected to the light emitting element, including a first oxide semiconductor layer and a first gate electrode, a switching transistor including a second oxide semiconductor layer and a second gate electrode, a data line supplying a data voltage, a first insulating layer disposed on the first gate electrode and the second gate electrode, and a second insulating layer disposed between the first insulating layer and the data line.
