    Abstract: The present invention relates to a coin container comprising at least one compartment adapted to receive a predetermined number of coins or tokens of a predetermined denomination stacked side-by-side therein. The at least one compartment includes at least one longitudinal side wall and end faces at opposed ends of the at least one longitudinal side wall and at least one protuberance projecting longitudinally inwardly of the at least one compartment. The protuberance is axially deflectable under the pressure of the coins or tokens into a predetermined position indicative of a reaching of a full content capacity of the container.
