Abstract: A system and method to move a load across a surface. The system has a track on the surface in a first direction, a track cart that moves the load in the first direction and a transfer cart that moves the load in a second direction on a separate cart path. The surface can be corrugated panels having upstanding ribs and the track can have a mounting assembly that mounts the track to the ribs. The track cart slides under the load, lifts the load off the ribs and moves the load in the first direction. The transfer cart is integrated into a gap in the track so the track cart can move over the transfer cart or stop on the transfer cart to move the load in the second direction on ribs defining the cart path. The method uses the components to move the load across the surface.

Abstract: A girt alignment apparatus and a method of using the apparatus to shore wind girts of a building to level and support the wind girts to install panels and/or panelized sections to form a wall. The apparatus has an elongated support pipe, a base assembly at a lower end of the support pipe that supports the support pipe in an upright position, a lever assembly connected to the support pipe to move the support pipe upward and downward and one or more girt support assemblies attached to and extending outward from the support pipe to engage the wind girt. In use, the apparatus is placed next to a span having wind girts with the lever assembly in a retracted position. The lever assembly is moved to an extended position to move the support pipe and girt support assemblies upward to engage, level and support the wind girts.

Abstract: An apparatus, system and method of forming a plurality of panels into a panelized section of panels and installing the panelized section on the frame of a building to form a wall or roof of the building. The apparatus has a panelizing assembly which sits on the ground or other surface to allow the user to accurately position panels for the panelized section and a lifting apparatus that helps form the panelized section and lifts the panelized section to the building's frame. The panels are aligned using positioning devices on the panelizing assembly and cap members on the lifting assembly, each of which have profiles that correspond to the profile of the panel so the panel is squeezed between the lifting assembly and the panelizing assembly. Panels from a bundle of panels are positioned on a frame of the panelizing assembly using a cart that rolls on a rail track.
