  • Patent number: 11972237
Abstract: Improved compilers recognize interception declarations in source code, and emit code that replaces invocations of specified artifacts with invocations of specified interceptors instead. Source generators proactively modify program behavior in arbitrary desired ways without introducing hidden security violations and without requiring edits by the program's developers. Interception declarations are visible in source code and development tools. In some cases, different invocations of a particular method at respective locations are intercepted by different replacement methods. Replacement methods have identical signatures, or are otherwise compatible. Some interceptors specify optional parameters. Method calls, field accesses, and property calls may be intercepted. Work to modify program behavior is moved in the program lifecycle from runtime to compile time, thus improving runtime performance and eliminating JIT compilation security risks.

  • Publication number: 20110205851
Abstract: An architecture is presented that provides a smart watch device. The smart watch device comprises a fastening band for securing the smart watch to a user, a display face for displaying time, day, and date information, and a plurality of watch control means by which the user can adjust the time, day and date information. Further, the smart watch device comprises control circuitry; an electronic memory component; microphone and speaker units for audio input and output, including a coder/decoder for conversions between analog and digital data forms; and a user input interface including a keypad for dialing and function selection, that allow a user to send and receive messages, such as email messages, text messages, audio messages and/or digital images and/or perform other functions. Additionally, various icons are located on the display face to enable users to send and receive messages and/or perform other functions with ease.

  • Publication number: 20060245896
Abstract: An automatic loading control system for loading a work implement of a work machine with material from a pile may include a lift sensor configured to monitor a lift actuator and communicate a lift signal. The system may also include a tilt sensor configured to monitor a tilt actuator and communicate a tilt signal. A speed sensor may be configured to communicate a speed signal indicative of a speed of the work machine. A control module may be configured to receive the lift signal, the tilt signal, and the speed signal and generate a signal to control a rim-pull based on at least one of a lift velocity of the lift actuator, a tilt velocity of the tilt actuator, and a work machine velocity to facilitate movement of the work implement through the pile.
