  • Patent number: 11210433
Abstract: A system and method for construction estimation using aerial images is provided. The system receives at least one aerial image of a building. An estimation engine processes the aerial image at a plurality of angles to automatically identify a plurality (e.g., perimeter and interior) lines in the image corresponding to a plurality of features of a roof the building. The estimation engine allows users to generate two-dimensional and three-dimensional models of the roof by automatically delineating various roof features, and generates a report including information about the roof of the building.

  • Patent number: 11132259
Abstract: Performing patch reconciliation of storage nodes within a storage cluster is presented herein. A patch reconciliation component receives an upgrade patch request to upgrade a first version of an operating system (OS) on a data storage node of a data storage cluster to a second version of the OS that has been installed on another data storage node of the data storage cluster, the first version preceding the second version; and based on the upgrade patch request, determines a group of upgrade patches to apply to the first version of the OS to facilitate the upgrade, and applies the group of upgrade patches to the first version of the OS resulting in the upgrade of the first version of the OS to the second version of the OS, the group of upgrade patches comprising respective upgrade binary files for the first version of the OS.

  • Patent number: 10920661
Abstract: Disclosed is a turbine bypass for an engine with a driven turbocharger. During engine cold start, or periods of idle or low load engine operation, the bypass can be utilized to direct hot exhaust gasses directly to an exhaust aftertreatment. This provides higher temperatures to the exhaust aftertreatment, increasing the ability to eliminate harmful emissions such as NOx. The driven turbocharger can still provide boost to the engine through supercharging, so that engine torque and power can be maintained while the turbine bypass is in operation.

  • Patent number: 10914239
Abstract: Disclosed is a high-speed section disconnect for a driven turbocharger with a traction drive. The turbo shaft is attached to a turbine and compressor, and interfaces with a high-speed traction drive. A mechanical coupling connects the traction drive to a transmission, which is connected to the engine so that power can flow to or from the turbo shaft, but the mechanical coupling can be selectively disconnected so that the high-speed section of the driven turbocharger can also be decoupled from the engine during certain operating conditions to reduce mechanical losses in the system.

  • Patent number: 10867003
Abstract: Forward-looking sales activities are poorly served by existing Customer Relationship Managements systems, as the customer information those systems maintain by definition does not include the speculatively interested “leads” pursued in initial sales contacts. An Enrichment database, asynchronously loaded with corporate and optionally individual contact information in anticipation of use, provides real-time access to information in support of such first customer contacts. The Enrichment information may also be used to expedite creation and revision of CRM records.

  • Patent number: 10788042
Abstract: Disclosed is an air pump for a fuel cell that utilizes a speed-reduction traction drive so that a low speed electric motor can be used to drive a high-speed rotodynamic compressor. The rotodynamic compressor is an efficient air pump, but operates at high speeds that would require a specialized high-speed electric motor. The speed-reduction traction drive couples to the compressor and provides a low-speed output that is connected to a lower speed electric motor.

  • Patent number: 10677943
Abstract: A diagnostic system for monitoring a status of a CT system includes at least one radiation detector configured to monitor a CT component and generate signals representing measurement data associated with the CT component. The system also includes a diagnostic computer device in communication with the detector. The device is configured to receive an electrical signal from the detector and identify a first frequency in the electrical signal. The device is also configured to compare the first frequency in the electrical signal to a first reference frequency stored in memory. The first reference frequency is at least partially indicative of a first mechanical status of the CT component. The device is further configured to determine that the first frequency in the electrical signal is substantially similar to the first reference frequency and, in response, determine that the CT system has the first mechanical status.
