The arrangement comprises a tightening piece. The screw is arranged to act on the control shaft through the tightening piece so that when the screw is turned, the tightening piece is arranged to press the control shaft against the pipe shaft so that the control shaft tightens fast between the tightening piece and the pipe shaft.
