Abstract: An electronic device such as a mobile phone having user changeable composite covers formed by a two-shot process. The covers are removable and are adapted to slide onto and off the electronic device/mobile phone to thereby enclose the electronic device/mobile phone in a water-resistant/dustproof manner. The composite covers include resilient regions with buttons formed therein that cooperate with control elements in the electronic device/mobile phone. The composite covers are formed by a two-shot process that involves the use of a transparent material in a first shot to provide a hard cover having a number of openings there through. The second shot involves the use of the transparent hard cover as a core onto which an elastomeric layer is applied, so that some of the openings in the hard cover have buttons formed thereon, whereas other regions and openings in the cover are not covered.

Abstract: The invention involves a mobile phone and strap apparatus for carrying a mobile phone. A mobile phone is provided with openings in the corners of the mobile phone housing through which a flexible line is passed and cooperates with a strap and latch that secures ends of the flexible line. The strap, latch and flexible line are adapted to secure an object between the mobile phone housing, the flexible line and strap when ends of the flexible line are drawn through the latch.

Abstract: A cordless telephone handset. The cordless telephone handset has telephone circuitry with a front side. The front side of the telephone circuitry has a top end and a bottom end. A housing is provided having a top shell and a bottom shell where the top shell and the bottom shell are disconnectable. The housing is adapted to substantially enclose the telephone circuitry when the top shell and the bottom shell are mated in a direction from the top end to the bottom end of the telephone circuitry.

Abstract: The invention introduces a method for coating an object with patterns formed by films, so that as a result of light reflections and interference taking place at the boundary surfaces of said patterns, the patterns bordered by the films are seen against the background with a slight contrast and in colored shades. The preferred embodiments of the invention can be applied for instance in the coating of a display and/or part thereof, or in general in the coating of any part of a mobile telecommunication device, in order to create a desired appearance in a suitable light. The method also is suited for providing an object with a marking in a case where it is desired to protect said object against attempts at piratism.

Abstract: A press with extended press zone in a paper machine comprising a rotating press roll (1), a press shoe (2), and a slide band (7) sliding along the surface of the press shoe, a web (6) being passed between felts (4, 5) through the press, where it is pressed between the roll (1) and the slide band (7). The press shoe (2), designed to operate hydrodynamically, has a surface provided with a pocket area (d) formed by one or more pockets of small average thickness. If required, pressurized lubricant can be introduced to the pocket area to achieve the desired press effect and speed.
