Abstract: A multi-functional curved board used as a support for legs of a user and for general maintenance of muscle strength, the multi-functional curved board having one or more curved bodies (1) including a radius of curvature, a longitudinal axis, and at least one raised foot support. The multi-functional curved board can be bent in the direction transverse to the radius of curvature to enable the multi-functional curved board to rotate around the longitudinal axis.
