  • Patent number: 11041282
Abstract: An excavation tool for making ground excavations for panels and diaphragms includes at least one rotary excavation drum. At least one frame is adapted to support the excavation drum. At least one pump is adapted for suction of an excavation fluid. A brushless electric motor is adapted to put in rotation the at least one excavation drum. At least one mechanical reducer is operationally connected to the electric motor and the at least one excavation drum. The electric motor is installed in the frame and coaxial to the at least one excavation drum. The at least one mechanical reducer is coaxial to the electric motor and the at least one excavation drum. The at least one mechanical reducer is adapted to transfer rotary motion from the electric motor to the at least one excavation drum.

  • Patent number: 9970173
Abstract: A tubing device is operatively connectable to an excavation machine. The tubing device comprises a base frame, at least one guiding tower operatively connected to the base frame, and a tube operating unit, operatively connected to the guiding tower. The tube operating unit is slidable along the guiding tower and is provided with engaging means capable of both selectively holding a tube segment, and of transmitting a rotary motion and an axial sliding movement to such a tube segment so as to allow the progressive driving in the ground and subsequent extraction from the ground.

  • Patent number: 9284715
Abstract: Disclosed a device for digging diaphragms, including a framework and a half-shell support body, fixed in the lower part of the framework, which supports a first pair of half-shells moved to open and close by a first actuation system. The device also has a reservoir operatively connected to the first pair of half-shells to contain the soil dug by half-shells. The reservoir is normally positioned between the framework and the half-shells and has a volume configured to contain an amount of soil corresponding to the amount of soil dug by such half-shells during a single operating cycle of the device. The device can also include separation means actuated for isolating the soil contained in the reservoir.

  • Publication number: 20150259871
Abstract: The invention describes a tubing device of the type operatively connectable to an excavation machine and configured to perform an excavation in the ground contained, at least partially, inside at least one tube segment. The tubing device comprises a base frame, at least one guiding tower for the tube segment, operatively connected to the base frame, and a tube operating unit, operatively connected to the guiding tower. The tube operating unit is slidable along the guiding tower and is provided with engaging means capable of both selectively holding the tube segment, and of transmitting a rotary motion and an axial sliding movement to such a tube segment so as to allow the progressive driving in the ground and subsequent extraction from the ground. The axial sliding movement is guided by the guiding tower and the width of such axial sliding movement is determined by the stroke of the tube operating unit on such a guiding tower and is proportional to at least once the diameter of the tube segment.

  • Patent number: 8511941
Abstract: A device (1) for drilling and tamping grounds is constituted by a tamping tip (1A) rigidly connected to a shaft (3) which constitutes the connection to the end part of a battery of rods moved by a drilling machine, which gives it movement in a vertical direction and a rotation around its longitudinal axis. The battery of rods is inserted into a covering tube (14). Between the tamping tip (1A) and the tube (14) a substantially cylindrical tamping element (9, 9a) is interposed, adapted to define a tamping diameter of the ground which forms the walls of the hole obtained by the device (1) at least equal to the diameter of the tube (14).
