Abstract: A modular vehicle sound system that can be upgraded or reconfigured by changing a plug-in module. In the advanced-capability embodiments the invention combines the functions of a vehicle data bus interface, a digital signal processor, and an amplifier. In the advanced-capability embodiments the invention provides a wireless interface with a separate digital device that can be used to control the inventive amplifier.

Abstract: A method may include receiving image data representative of cash acquired via one or more image sensors, identifying a first currency depicted in the cash based on a plurality of images associated with a plurality of currencies, and determining a currency conversion rate between the first currency and a second currency. The method may also include generating a visualization representative of a currency value of the cash in the second currency based on the currency conversion rate and overlaying the visualization on the image data.

Abstract: This disclosure extends to systems, apparatus, and methods related to food serving containers that may be mountable on a drinking straw in a beverage cup in a first conformation. A body portion formed as a cup for receiving food has an elongated tab extending upwards to a distal end. A straw mounting recess passes through the tab near the distal end. The elongated tab may be sized and configured to allow the body to dangle alongside a beverage container when the container is placed over a straw in the beverage container lid. The elongated tab may have predetermined folding lines, and the container body may include a connection feature, such that in a second conformation, the elongated tab may function as a closure for retaining food in the container. The closure may allow for retaining the food with a portion thereof visible.

In one illustrative embodiment, a bracket on a side of a motorcycle serves as fulcrum for a lever rod mounted thereon via a heim joint. A lower end of the rod is attached to a clutch control cable. The rod extends upwardly, through a guide member with a guide channel formed as elongated slot extending in a first direction to a bend portion that extends in another direction to a “rest portion.” The rod may be levered in one direction in the guide channel to engage the clutch and in the opposite direction to disengage it. The rod may be held in the “rest” portion of the channel to retain the clutch in a disengaged position. Conversion kits and methods of converting and adapting motorcycles for using these types of assemblies are also included.

The system may also include a financial database having financial information associated with the number of organizations. The system may also include a processor that receives image data representative of an object, determine an organization associated with the object based on a comparison of the image data with at least one image of the number of images in the image database and a correlation between the at least one image with the organization, and retrieve financial data regarding the organization from the financial database. The processor may then generate visualizations regarding the financial data and overlay the visualizations on the image data.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for retrofitting existing standard faucets to conserve water as well as decrease the likelihood of spreading viruses and bacteria via contact with the faucet itself. The system includes a foot pedal that the user can activate to control the flow of water. The foot pedal communicates with an electric valve system that opens and closes on demand. The foot pedal and electric valve system can be quickly and easily installed into a standard faucet system, thereby converting the standard faucet system into a hands free faucet system.

In some examples, a call identifier may be sent from a mobile device to a server, and the mobile device may receive, in response, one or more rules for directing a call. The rules may be applied at the mobile device, and the call may be placed accordingly.

Abstract: Fluid infusion systems and fluid couplings are described herein. The infusion systems may include one or more fluid couplings used to make fluidic connection between a supply line and delivery tubing. The fluid couplings separate the functions of providing a seal around a delivery tube and retaining the delivery tube within the fluid coupling. The seal provided around the delivery tube prevents leakage around an exterior surface of a delivery tube such that fluid passing through the coupling must pass through the delivery tube rather than leak around the delivery tube. The structure used to retain the delivery tube in the fluid coupling prevents ejection of the delivery tube from the coupling due to the fluid pressures present in the coupling. The separate functions are performed by different structures within the fluid couplings.
