    Abstract: The present application discloses several embodiments of sealing assemblies and sealing components. In various embodiments, sealing assemblies are provided which include a frame assembly and at least one sealing component selected from a wiper seal and a bulb seal. In additional embodiments, a bulb seal is provided alone separate from a sealing assembly. In additional embodiments, a wiper seal is provided alone separate from a sealing assembly.
