  • Patent number: 11992340
Abstract: A wellness evaluation system may determine, based on data generated by a first set of sensors powered by one or more batteries of one or more ear-wearable devices, that a user of the one or more ear-wearable devices is currently in an environment that includes human-directed communication signals. If so, a second set of sensors may be activated such that the one or more batteries provides an increased amount of power to the second set of sensors. Furthermore, the wellness evaluation system may determine based on data generated by the second set of sensors, whether the user has satisfied a target level of a wellness measure. If the user has not satisfied the target level of the wellness measure, the wellness evaluation system may perform an action to encourage the user to perform one or more activities to increase an achieved level of the wellness measure.

  • Publication number: 20200120874
Abstract: A bale cleaning truck is presented. A flatbed trailer has a conveyor belt for moving one or more bales off the trailer. There are one or more brushes for cleaning a hay bale as it travels down the trailer where at least two vertical brushes that are mounted vertically on the sides of the trailer. A roof brush is attached to the top of the trailer and the final brush is mounted above the trailer to clean the top of the bale. Pumps for operating the brushes and the conveyor belt are hydraulic.

  • Patent number: 8015587
Abstract: A system and method for monitoring direct broadcast satellite signals. In a most general embodiment, the invention (10) includes a mechanism (20) for receiving direct broadcast wireless signals encoded in accordance with a DSS transport protocol. The received signals are analyzed with respect to various parameters and an output is provided in response thereto. In a specific embodiment, the wireless signals are transmitted via satellite and plural integrated receiver decoders (20) are used, one with an associated channel, to receive the wireless signals and provide audio, video, program guide and conditional access signals in response thereto. These signals are analyzed by software (100) running on a computer (56) which outputs alarm data on the detection of anomalies in the received signals.
