  • Publication number: 20240142930
Abstract: A building system including one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to ingest information comprising at least one of occupancy information or energy usage information associated with a building. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to generate a space usage recommendation based on the information. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a graphical model of the building to include a representation of the information and the space usage recommendation. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model within a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20240135302
Abstract: A building system including one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to ingest information associated with a physical asset of a building, the physical asset being an indoor air quality device. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a graphical model of the building to include a heat map of one of infection risk or particulate concentration overlaid onto a floor of the graphical model based on the information. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to generate a building layout recommendation based on the heat map of the one of the infection risk or the particulate concentration. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model including the heat map and the building layout recommendation within a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20240035696
Abstract: A building system including one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to ingest information associated with a physical asset of a building, the physical asset being one of a heating system, a ventilation system, or an air conditioning system; cross-correlate a first identifier associated with the information with a second identifier associated with a virtual asset of a graphical model of the building to determine a location of the virtual asset within the graphical model, the virtual asset corresponding to the physical asset; cause the graphical model of the building to include a representation of the information using the location of the virtual asset; and cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model within a user interface.

  • Publication number: 20220390913
Abstract: A building system including one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to ingest external information from an external computing system via at least one of an external access application programming interface (API) component or a software development kit (SDK) component, cross-correlate a first identifier associated with the external information with one or more second identifiers associated with one or more virtual assets of a graphical model of a building to determine a location of a virtual asset associated with the external information within the graphical model, cause the graphical model of the building to include a representation of the external information associated with the virtual asset, and cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model.

  • Patent number: 11451408
Abstract: A building system for assurance services with timeseries, the building system including one or more memory devices configured to store instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to monitor a building asset for one or more events and generate a plurality of performance timeseries for the building asset based on the one or more events, determine an actionable insight for the building asset by cross-correlating the plurality of performance timeseries, and perform at least one of generating a work-order for the building asset based on the actionable insight and causing a display device of a user device to display the work-order or communicating with the building asset and causing the building asset to perform one or more operations based on the actionable insight.

  • Publication number: 20200068192
Abstract: The present disclosure is a method for monitoring video devices of a plurality of buildings. The method comprises receiving video device data of a plurality of video devices of the plurality of buildings. The method further comprises determining a health state of each of the plurality of video devices based on video device data. The health state is a current state of the video device and includes an healthy state or an unhealthy state. The method also includes generating an alert in response to a determination that the health of one of the plurality of video devices is the unhealthy state and sending the alert to an external device. In response to the determination that the health of one of the plurality of video devices is the unhealthy state, the method includes automatically resolving the unhealthy state.

A receiver is configured to receive captured identification data after a transaction. A processor is configured to determine whether the captured identification data is associated with the transaction. The processor is further configured to determine whether to inhibit EAS system alarming based at least in part on the determination whether the captured identification data is associated with the transaction. The determination whether to inhibit EAS system alarming is made without regard to whether an active EAS tag is detected. A transmitter configured to transmit an authorization message. The authorization message indicates whether to inhibit EAS system alarming.
