Abstract: OTT Platform for Real Estate (OPRE) is an over-the-top (OTT) immersive media platform used to enhance real estate market participants' experience and to motivate real estate purchase decisions. OPRE is comprising combinations of hardware and software which can operate on various media delivery systems including iOS, Android, macOS, Windows OS, Roku, and TVOS (Apple TV). OPRE is also supported on Samsung and LG smart TVs. OPRE creates an enhanced interactive and immersive audio-visual environment. Users can view and interact with OPRE through a virtual reality (VR) headset to access the platform and view an environment that is presented in such a way as to enables the user to suspend disbelief and accept the presented environment and its contents as a credible environment.

Abstract: A system comprising computer hardware, computer software, various client end-user devices, and methodology for co-viewing of media and conducting synchronization of viewing by two or more system users through over-the-top (OTT) media devices, mobile devices, tablets devices or Web platform. Said system enables sychronization of the content viewing experience between a first logged-in user of the system who is authorized to perform synchronization, and one or a plurality of other users who are logged into the system, wherein one user serves as a guide and the other user or users are followers of the viewed content media.

Abstract: The present invention extends to wagons with a bathroom module and standalone bathroom modules. A bathroom module includes a water heater connected to a sink, a shower, and a toilet. The bathroom module further includes a protective layer on the exterior and an exhaust fan to facilitate the management of moisture that may build up within the bathroom module. The bathroom module can be connected to various systems provided by a wagon, such as water, gas, electrical, A/C, heat, and sewer systems connected to external sources. Alternatively, the bathroom module can standalone and include its own water, gas, electrical, A/C, heat, and sewer systems connected to external sources. Thus, when paired with a companion wagon, the bathroom module may be installed or removed as desired.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus for automatically generating a list of recommended links for a user are disclosed. For a particular user, one or more criteria for use in generating a list of recommended links are identified or selected by the user. A list of one or more recommended links is then generated and provided to the user.
