Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided that enable intelligent assistance functions to be performed on program code over multiple contexts associated with the program code. An intelligent assistance function may be performed on the program code for a first context associated with the program code to generate results for the first context that do not cover all of the program code. The intelligent assistance function is iterated for one or more additional contexts associated with the program code, with each iteration being performed on portions of the program code that were not able to be analyzed under the prior context iterations, until the program code is covered in its entirety. In this manner, results may be generated for the entirety of the program code that cover all of the associated contexts.

Abstract: Font smoothing technology is employed to enhance the readability of rendered text. Various font smoothing approaches can be used by an application to optimize the readability of text to be rendered.

Abstract: A method and system for defining and applying a style of a paragraph based upon the formatting properties of the paragraph. The paragraph type of the paragraph is identified. A determination is made whether the paragraph type is one which is capable of having a style defined for it. If not, then a determination is made whether the major formatting properties of the paragraph match those of an existing style and, if so, then the matching existing style is applied to the paragraph. If the paragraph type is one which is capable of having a style defined for it, then a determination is made whether the major formatting properties of the paragraph match the those of an existing style with the same paragraph type as the paragraph type of the paragraph. If so, then the matching existing style is applied to the paragraph. If not, then a style is defined with the formatting properties of the paragraph. The defined style is then applied to the paragraph and all direct formatting is removed.
