    Abstract: A line terminator (1) having a circuit board (8) with at least three circuits, and including a voltage regulator (2) combined with a voltage divider circuit and a noise reduction circuit path (17). The noise reduction circuit path (17) is coupled to two spaced apart high frequency capacitors (28a,28b), and the noise reduction path is apportioned to extend equally between the pair of spaced apart capacitors (28a,29b) and generally circumscribe the remaining circuits of the circuit board (8).
