    Abstract: A system and method facilitates the sampling of well fluid during a well logging operation. A sampling tool may be coupled into a logging tool string and delivered downhole into a wellbore. At a desired location within the wellbore, the sampling tool may be triggered to intake a well fluid sample. The well fluid sample is maintained in the sampling tool in a substantially pristine condition for retrieval to a desired location for analysis.
