Abstract: The present application provides a beverage dispensing system for dispensing a number of beverages. The beverage dispensing system may include a housing, a pouch with one of the beverages therein, the pouch including a first pouch end and a second pouch end, and a beverage basket removably positionable within the housing. The beverage basket may include a pouch clip for the first pouch end and a slanted floor for the second pouch end such that the pouch may be positioned substantially vertically therein for good evacuation of the beverage from the pouch.

Abstract: A beverage dispenser that is enabled for on demand, gravity fed dispensing of a pre-mixed or otherwise ready to drink beverage that has been thermally regulated through natural convection. More specifically, the beverage dispenser enables pre-mixed or otherwise ready to drink beverage containers (i.e., beverage containers with beverage contents that are pre-mixed or otherwise ready to drink) to be installed on the beverage dispenser and, without the aid of electricity or electro-mechanical devices, dispense a thermally regulated beverage on-demand to an intended customer. The beverage dispenser may comprise a thermal regulation compartment that facilitates regulating the temperature of beverage contents through natural convection. The beverage dispenser may also comprise a thermally regulated and thermally insulated beverage enclosure in which to install the beverage containers. The thermal regulation compartment may be carried within the beverage enclosure.

A carrier within the body is manually operable for receiving a blade from the cartridge and positioning the blade for extension through the opening to present a cutting edge. The cartridge may be released from the utility knife body by depressing a button and withdrawing the cartridge. The cartridge is releasably held in place within the knife body and releasable when the blade carrier is in its retracted position and the release button is depressed. When the thumb button moves the blade carrier into its extended position to expose the knife blade, the cartridge is rendered unreleaseable even if the release button is depressed.

Abstract: A pencil sharpener has an electrical motor which drives a sharpening assembly. The end of the pencil to be sharpened is inserted downwardly into an opening in the top surface. Shavings from the sharpening process are deposited in a drawer-like receptacle below the sharpening assembly. A switch is provided so that the sharpening assembly will not be activated when the receptacle drawer is removed for disposal of the shavings.

Abstract: A rotary trimmer for cutting and/or trimming paper and related sheet material is disclosed. The rotary trimmer comprises a trimmer housing having: (i) a first end portion; (ii) a second end portion; and (iii) a cutting platform having: (a) a first platform; (b) a second platform; and (c) a base platform. The first and the second platforms are pivotably connected at least indirectly to (1) the base platform; and/or (2) the first and the second end portions. The rotary trimmer further includes a blade carriage guide disposed between the first and the second end portions and a blade carriage having one or more cutting blades, and slidably mounted to the blade carriage guide wherein the blade carriage can slide along the blade carriage guide to cut and/or trim a sheet or sheet-like material positioned on the cutting platform. A method of using a rotary trimmer is also disclosed.

Abstract: The invention features a method of selling dosage forms without a prescription. In accordance with one aspect of the invention, the dosage forms are sold in a container displayed on a retail shelf without outer secondary packaging. The container preferably is made of a material through which the dosage forms are visible. In accordance with another aspect of the invention, the container has at least one substantially flat side wall and is laid on a retail display shelf on its substantially flat side wall. The container may be formed to have only one plane of symmetry. At least one of the side walls of the container may be formed to facilitate gripping of the container.

Abstract: An oral care kit for a defined oral care treatment cycle is provided herein. The oral care kit utilizes a substantially rectangular box having oral care packs positioned therein. The oral care packs contain oral care devices useful for administering oral care treatment during a 24 hour oral care treatment cycle.
