  • Patent number: 11995609
Abstract: In one embodiment, a processing device receives a first digital fingerprint of a media item along with a first content management rule. The processing device separately receives a second digital fingerprint of the media item along with a second content management rule. The processing device determines that the received digital fingerprints are for the same media item based upon a match between the first digital fingerprint and the second digital fingerprint. The processing device determines that all rights to the media item have been accounted for, and then determines a set of actions to be performed for hosted media items comprising the media item based at least in part upon the first content management rule and the second content management rule. Processing logic may also perform a conflict resolution process for conflicting rights claims to the media item.

  • Patent number: 7826362
Abstract: In one embodiment, a VoIP-integrated router operable to interface with analog telephones and digital devices is provided. The VoIP-integrated router is configured to perform a method of estimating the upstream data rate of a modem, comprising transmitting packets at a known rate from the VoIP-integrated router through an upstream path for the modem to a node; during the transmission of the packets, transmitting Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) PING messages to the node; and based upon an examination of the PING messages and the known rate, estimating the upstream data rate of the modem.

  • Publication number: 20100170072
Abstract: The present invention provides a hand held tool comprising an elongate handle portion having a first end and a second end, terminating at its first end in a bifurcated wedge portion terminating in a pair of spaced apart tines for engagement with the sprinkler nozzle, said tines being essentially orthogonal to the axis of the shaft of the handle portion. When the tines of the bifurcated wedge portion engage with the sprinkler nozzle, the handle can be lifted to raise the nozzle for maintenance.

  • Publication number: 20100025954
Abstract: Tractor engine compartment service accessory, optionally portable, preferably permanently installed in engine compartment, has a mounting for attachment to the tractor frame and attached thereto a catwalk and top step extending laterally, the top step resting on the uppermost tread portion of the tractor tire. One or more steps are suspended beneath the top step. A handrail is optionally secured to the top step and a suspended step. The suspended steps may be retracted and nested beneath the top step. The top step may be folded, slid, or otherwise moved to a position above or beneath the catwalk. The catwalk may be rotated upward. The handrail may be disengaged and detached, or it may be rotated to a compact orientation, as needed.
