  • Patent number: 11945744
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for reusing wastewater. The method for reusing wastewater disclosed herein includes: generating a mixed wastewater by mixing multiple types of wastewater (S20); performing a first purification by passing the mixed wastewater through a flocculation-sedimentation unit (S40); performing a second purification by passing an effluent of the flocculation-sedimentation unit through a membrane bioreactor (MBR) (S60); performing a third purification by passing an effluent of the MBR through a reverse-osmosis membrane unit (S80); and reusing an effluent of the reverse-osmosis membrane unit as cooling water or industrial water (S100).

  • Publication number: 20220372571
Abstract: The present invention relates to technologies for preparing an optimal combination of oligonucleotide sets used to simultaneously detect a plurality of target nucleic acid molecules. Unlike a conventional method of checking whether a dimer is formed in all candidate combinations of oligonucleotide sets, the present invention is capable of providing a combination of oligonucleotide sets used to detect a plurality of target nucleic acid molecules with speed and accuracy, by replacing only an oligonucleotide set with dimer formation in a first reference combination of oligonucleotide sets to provide, as a new reference combination, a combination with a reduction in dimer formation compared with the first reference combination, and replacing only an oligonucleotide set with dimer formation in the new reference combination to provide a combination with all dimers removed.

  • Publication number: 20220148678
Abstract: The present invention relates to technologies for determining a designable region of oligonucleotides in a plurality of target nucleic acid sequences having sequence similarity. In determining a conservative region in a plurality of nucleic acid sequences, unlike the conventional methods which is an empirical and manually selected methods, the present invention provides a more logical and efficient method by adopting a strategy of generating oligonucleotide sticks having sequence information about non-conservative positions within a predetermined allowable number or a minimum number of sequence patterns within a predetermined allowable number of sequence patterns while having a predetermined length or more from the alignment results of a plurality of target nucleic acid sequences and has excellent speed and accuracy.

  • Patent number: 9869436
Abstract: The present invention relates to a candle-powered lighting apparatus including: a housing which accommodates a candle; a heat absorbing plate which absorbs heat generated by the candle; a heat radiating plate which radiates the absorbed heat; a thermoelectric element which is positioned between the heat absorbing plate and the heat radiating plate, and generates thermoelectromotive force using a temperature difference between a contact surface with the heat absorbing plate and a contact surface with the heat radiating plate; a lighting unit which emits light using the generated thermoelectromotive force; and a control unit which controls an operational state of the lighting unit to an on or off state.

  • Publication number: 20160130421
Abstract: Disclosed are a method for preparing a cardanol-based organic vulcanizing agent, including a step of reacting cashew nut extract with powdered sulfur, a cardanol-based organic vulcanizing agent obtained by the method, and a rubber compound and tire composition using the same. The rubber composition using the cardanol-based organic vulcanizing agent shows significantly improved expected mileage (FPS), tensile strength (T/S), non-vulcanized properties and wet traction as compared to the rubber composition using the conventional vulcanizing agent, and contributes to improvement of wear property of tires as final products in actual cars. Therefore, the cardanol-based organic vulcanizing agent can be applied advantageously to rubber compound compositions for tires used in rubber vulcanizing processes for tire treads.

  • Publication number: 20070043139
Abstract: Disclosed is a fragrance-emitting rubber composition for tire treads, which contains, in addition to the prior rubber composition for tire treads, a fragrance. Preferably, the fragrance contained in the tire tread rubber composition is an oil-type fragrance that maintains more than 90% of its fragrant component even at a temperature of 170-180° C., which is the temperature for tire processing. Also, a tire having a tread comprising the fragrance-emitting rubber composition is disclosed. The fragrance-emitting rubber composition for tire tread may contain the fragrance in an amount of 0.1-20 phr based on 100 phr of a raw material rubber.
