  • Patent number: 5339042
Abstract: A device for compensating the offset of an input stage having two current output legs, the first of which is connected to the input of a real stage pushing into this first leg a parasitic current; the device including a fake stage pushing a compensation current having a value equal to the value of the parasitic current divided by a predetermined factor greater than 1, this compensation current being amplified by an amplifier having a gain equal to said predetermined factor, before being pushed into the second output leg of the input stage.

  • Patent number: 4338530
Abstract: A low pass-filter for low frequency signals having first portions situated above on one side and second portions situated on the other side of an average value. The filter comprises at least two integrators, each comprising a capacitor, included between the input and the output of a voltage-inverting amplifier, and a current source connected to said output, and three threshold comparators, of which the first one is connected to the input of the filter, of which the second one is included after the first integrator, and of which the third one is connected to the output of the filter. The arrangement is used in logic circuitry.

  • Patent number: 4322634
Abstract: A device for protection against power failures, having a programmable current source with two levels, which are controlled by a threshold detector, the current from the source being large at high voltages and reduced at low voltages.

  • Patent number: 4078199
Abstract: A device for supplying a regulated current to an integrated circuit with current injectors. This device comprises two current paths, the currents which flow in the current paths having a fixed ratio which is maintained by means of a current dividing circuit and upon which current a current dependent ratio is imposed by means of a coupling circuit, in order to stabilize two currents. In accordance with the invention at least one of the semiconductor junctions included in the device, which also stabilize the currents, is constituted by the circuit to be powered, which is based on the recognition that the circuit to be powered exhibits a voltage-current characteristic which corresponds to that of a forward-biased semiconductor junction.
