    Abstract: A stepladder platform which can be installed onto the steps of a stepladder to provide an enlarged standing area. A restraining means at the rear engages the stepladder step to prevent forward movement and tilting. A restraining means at the front prevents rearward movement. Also a latch device can be used to prevent tilting from the front. The platform is constructed to support the weight of a person standing on it.
