  • Publication number: 20060201745
Abstract: A vertical scaffolding element consists of a tubular portion provided with a number n of radially projecting sockets, distributed peripherally in a star arrangement. The element is designed for the attachment of one end of a horizontal crosspiece of the scaffolding. The sockets are defined by a metal strip folded in order to form a star-shaped part closed on itself having protuberances forming the sockets alternating with re-entrant regions bearing against the tubular portion. The upper and lower edges of the re-entrant regions in contact with the tubular portion are welded thereto by continuous or discontinuous annular weld beads.

  • Patent number: 6659226
Abstract: A scaffolding system for volumes of various shapes that present a bottom and end walls. The system includes at least a first scaffolding structure having a gantry with at least two interconnected vertical poles; guides secured to the bottom of the volume to guide the poles in rectilinear displacement in a longitudinal direction; a horizontal main platform defining at least a working floor, and guides for guiding the main platform in vertical translation along the poles; at least two horizontal auxiliary platforms each defining a working floor mounted to move in horizontal translation relative to the main platform; and structure for displacing each auxiliary platform separately relative to the main platform between a retracted position and an extended position in which the outer edge of the auxiliary platform is substantially in register with the outer edge of the main platform.

  • Publication number: 20020040829
Abstract: The invention relates to a scaffolding system for volumes of various shapes that present a bottom (20) and end walls. The system comprises at least a first scaffolding structure comprising a gantry having at least two interconnected vertical poles (56); means (50, 52) secured to said bottom of the volume to guide the poles in rectilinear displacement in a longitudinal direction; a horizontal main platform (60) defining at least a working floor, and means (64) for guiding said main platform in vertical translation along said poles; at least two horizontal auxiliary platforms (66) each defining a working floor mounted to move in horizontal translation relative to said main platform; and means for displacing each auxiliary platform (66, 68) separately relative to the main platform between a retracted position and an extended position in which the outer edge of the auxiliary platform is substantially in register with the outer edge of the main platform.
