  • Publication number: 20160152067
Abstract: A bucket with a substantially flat, laterally distally declining LHS ledge 7: top side for supporting a paint brush bristle end A3; and bottom side for use as an undercut handle, for a user to grab with fingers under ledge and thumb over LHS lip 1L. Single-wall construction allows multiple buckets to be stacked substantially one inside the other. LHS and RHS opposite-side inside ledges position high up so ledges can be utilized while majority volume of the bucket can contain paint. Bucket is RHS to LHS narrow enough that a brush can be angle-supported: handle on RHS lip 1R, bristle end on LHS ledge and against LHS upper portions AL. Brush lifted from supported position is easily drawn rightwardly to wipe on RHS wiping edge 8R. Wiping edge is inside bucket, to keep paint off bucket rim. Band E can secure paint brush or chip brush handles for transport.

  • Publication number: 20120193251
Abstract: A bucket with a substantially flat, angling upwardly LHS ledge 7: top side for supporting a paint brush bristle end A3; and bottom side for use as an undercut handle, for a user to grab with fingers under ledge and thumb over LHS lip 1L. Simple fluid shape allows multiple buckets to be stacked substantially one inside the other. • Publication number: 20080035650
Abstract: This invention is an injection-moldable, substantially rectangular lipped paint bucket, with opposite-side, substantially parallel-edged ledges, ledges formed from the walls beneath the rectangles opposite-side narrower sides. In one embodiment, the first ledge is substantially 0.5 to 0.7? down from the bucket lip. the second ledge is substantially 2? down from the bucket lip. These ledges are formed substantially as upside-down L-shaped indentations in the bucket's narrower sides. Each ledge edge protrudes substantially 1? into the bucket, and is substantially 6? wide. The first ledge is for brush wiping below the bucket lip. The second ledge, along with the bucket lip rim on the opposite side, is for brush support. The second ledge doubles as a handle.

  • Publication number: 20070119854
Abstract: This invention is an injection-moldable, substantially rectangular lipped paint bucket, with opposite-side, substantially parallel-edged ledges, ledges formed from the walls beneath the rectangles shorter sides. The first ledge is substantially 0.5 to 0.7? down from the bucket lip. the second ledge is substantially 2? down from the bucket lip. These lips are formed substantially as upside-down L-shaped indentations in the bucket sides under rectangle shorter sides. Each ledge edge protrudes substantially 1? into the bucket, and is substantially 6? wide. The first ledge is for brush wiping below the bucket lip. The second ledge, along with the bucket lip on the opposite side, is for brush support. The second ledge doubles as a handle.

  • Publication number: 20070102375
Abstract: This invention is a backward-leaning folder rack having a plurality of side walls, a first floor, and a back wall. The side walls extend upwards and the back wall is upwards from the first floor. The side walls have a front edge and a rear edge. The first floor has a front portion and a rear portion. The first floor inclines rear-to-front at an angle (like 10 degrees) from level. Each compartment can be of a width 1.5? or less to confine the panels of a folder together. The invention can be supported at that angle by holes for hanging it on a wall, by downward side, wall extensions, by a front panel and corner leg, or by a second floor attached to the first floor by a means (like leg extensions, front panel, and corner leg).

  • Publication number: 20070051560
Abstract: The invention is substantially a box (5 walls, front wall absent) with a top inside-surface prop-stop means to hold a ladder's top portion a distance away from any vertical surface on which that ladder leans. The box is of a width to confine the outside sides of a prior art ladder's rails; of a top-wall depth to rest atop of a portion of same ladder; of a depth to substantially prop same ladder away from a vertical wall, of a length such that, when positioned as described, the box's bottom-wall's front edge can brace against the rear side of rails of same ladder.

  • Publication number: 20060278686
Abstract: The folder has only one side substantially connected using a side hinge. Prior art style folder front and back panels (40 and 41) are hingedly attached along a horizontal bottom edge (47). The front and back panels each have a left-hand side edge (43 and 45). These LHS edges are substantially vertical and perpendicular to the panels' bottom edge. The proximal edges (53 and 55) of side hinge (50) are hingedly attached to respective LHS edges of the panels. The hinge portions' distal edges (56 and 54) are hingedly attached together (along vertical line 60). The hinge substantially connects the LHS front panel edge to the LHS back panel edge. The lower edge of the hinge (23) is at least 1.5? up from the folder's bottom edge (47). The hinge is short (like ¾?). The hinge folds inside/between the folder panels (like 1? in and 1? out).
