A uniquely designed propeller is mounted on the top of the body. The propeller blades produce a low pressure region above the device. The difference between the air pressure on the bottom and the top of the device's body provides the uplift force for holding the device in the air. The device is capable of vertical takeoff and landing. A horizontally mounted propeller located at the back region of the device's body slightly lifts up the backside of the body, facilitating the forward movement for the device. A land and sea landing version of the device is disclosed as well.
