Abstract: A vibration dampening system including a upper mounting portion, a lower mounting portion, and a vibration dampening portion coupling the upper mounting portion and the lower mounting portion. In some embodiments, the upper mounting portion is adapted to operably couple with a ceiling, while the lower mounting portion is adapted to operably couple with a monitor such as, a television, computer screen, display screen or the like. In some embodiments, the vibration dampening portion includes a plate and at least one moment arm that extends from the plate.

At least one tamper resistant fastener is used at each connection of the brackets, the projector and the suspension member, to deter theft and tampering. Abstract: The instant mount with articulating arm(s) for mounting an appliance on a vertical structure is both vertically and horizontally adjustable by having a vertical adjustment mechanism and a horizontal adjustment mechanism. Once mounted, the appliance can be displaced away from the vertical structure or retracted toward the vertical structure. Well separated brackets used to mount the instant invention provide for contact points well spaced apart to reduce stress exerted on the vertical structure by the weights of the instant device and appliance.

Abstract: A mount for removably attaching a flat panel electronic display device to a fixed structure includes a first bracket operably couplable to the flat panel electronic display device and a second bracket operably couplable to the fixed structure. The first bracket includes a pair of opposing hooks or other engaging structures. The second bracket has a body portion presenting a first edge for receiving one of the pair of opposing hooks and at least one latch portion operably coupled with the body portion. The latch portion presents a second edge for receiving the other of the pair of opposing hooks. The latch portion is selectively shiftable between a first position engaged with the first bracket and a second position clear of the first bracket.

Each keyhole slot has an access hole and a notch. The fastening buttons are seated in the keyhole slots to hold the flat panel display adjacent the display connecting portion of the mounting system. The button has a head portion, a base portion, and a throat portion, the base portion preferably having a beveled region so that the device is self-aligning or self-guiding. At least part of the display connecting member adjacent the access hole may be ramped.
