Abstract: A method comprises: coating a high-elasticity coating on a rubber foam or high-elasticity fabric of a wetsuit to form a substrate to be printed; providing a digital printing machine for uploading an image file of a pattern or logo to the digital printing machine; and providing a vacuum system having a sucking platform formed with a plurality of sucking holes through the sucking platform; and laying the substrate to be printed on the sucking platform, whereby upon operation of the vacuum system and actuation of the digital printing machine, the image of the pattern or logo will be digitally printed on the substrate as laid on the sucking platform for successfully digitally printing the patterns on the wetsuits.

Abstract: A multi-layer wetsuit material comprises: an inner fabric layer adjacent to a wearer's skin, an aluminum-foil layer adhered on the inner fabric layer, a rubber or neoprene foam layer adhered to the aluminum-foil layer, and an outer fabric layer opposite to the inner fabric layer adhered on the rubber foam layer, whereby the aluminum-foil layer will reflect the body heat, as radiated from the wearer's skin, backwards towards the wearer's skin to keep the wearer warm.

Abstract: An inflator includes a cover hingedly formed on an inflatable clothing, an air-port seat formed under the cover having an air port formed through the air-port seat, and a self-restoring check valve hingedly formed under the air-port seat for normally elastically closing the air port as subjected to air pressure in the inflatable clothing, whereby upon opening of the cover, air can be blown into the inflatable clothing through the air port and to open the check valve to inflate the clothing for keeping warm or buoyant for the clothing wearer.
