The container is in communication with an agitating device for mixing the quantity of water and the quantity of dry cementitious grout mixture to form a cementitious grout mixture. The base portion includes a source of power disposed thereon. The source of power is in communication with the agitating device. The container includes an exit nozzle for dispensing the cementitious grout mixture into an opening in the ground.
