The front end of the frame is supported by the front axle assembly. The vehicle also includes a stem, a handlebar, and a deck. The lower portion of the stem is operably connected to the front axle assembly and the handlebar is connected to the upper portion of the stem. The deck is supported by the frame rearward of the front axle assembly and has sufficient surface area to allow a rider to stand thereon during operation of the vehicle.
