  • Patent number: 11978065
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for managing transaction disputes. Techniques include accessing a transaction pattern model associated with a user account; detecting deviation of a transaction from the transaction pattern model; transmitting, based on the detected deviation, transaction data to a user device; receiving an input at the user device in response to the transmitted data; generating, based on the received input, dispute data; storing the dispute data; monitoring data extracts associated with the user account; detecting, based on the monitoring, a data extract indicating a posted state of a transaction associated with the dispute data; and updating the dispute data based on the data extract indicating the posted state.

  • Publication number: 20240087063
Abstract: Systems and methods for document transformation and recordation are provided. Documents for a transaction of real property are identified based on a jurisdiction in which the real property is located. Each document includes a plurality of data fields and each data field is associated with a data field identifier. A data value is received in at least one of the data fields of one or more of the documents. The data fields in the documents associated with the data field identifiers that match the data field identifiers of the data fields in which the data values are received are identified. The identified data fields are automatically populated with the data values based on the data field identifiers. Completeness rules are applied to the documents by verifying all required documents for completing the transaction in the jurisdiction are satisfied. Documents or information pertaining the documents can be stored in a blockchain.

  • Publication number: 20230358334
Abstract: A piston for a pressure-reducing valve includes a tubular housing having an internal longitudinal bore extending from a first end to a second end. An exterior circumferential sealing disc sealing engages internal walls. The sealing disc has upper and lower faces generally perpendicular to a longitudinal axis. First fluid port(s) and second fluid port(s) extend through the tubular housing and into the longitudinal bore. A piston stem sealingly engages an internal surface of the longitudinal bore between the sealing disc and the second end to prevent the passage of fluid. The piston stem, together with a portion of the longitudinal bore, forms fluid passageway(s) that fluidly connect the first fluid port(s) with the second fluid port(s). The second fluid port(s) are inclined relative to the longitudinal axis and extend through at least a portion of the sealing disc, intersecting at least a portion of the upper face thereof.

  • Patent number: 9379228
Abstract: A heterojunction semiconductor field effect transistor HFET having a pair of layers of different semiconductor materials forming a quantum well within the structure to support the 2DEG. Source, drain and gate electrodes are disposed above the channel. The HFET has a predetermined transconductance. A transconductance control electrode varies an electric field within the structure under the channel to vary the shape of the quantum well and thereby the transconductance of the FET in accordance with a variable control signal fed to the transconductance control electrode.

  • Patent number: 8932100
Abstract: Animated toy figures including a torso having a neck and an interior body cavity, a head that is pivotally coupled to the neck, a vertically oriented lifting structure, where an upward movement of the lifting structure results in a backward pivoting of the head, first and second arm members disposed on opposing sides of the torso, a cross-connector rotatably disposed within the interior body cavity connected to and extending between the first and second arm members and configured to drive the lifting structure upward upon rotation of the cross-connector, and an activating member disposed on the torso that is operatively coupled to the cross-connector. Activation of the activating member rotates the cross-connector, thereby rotating the first and second arm members and vertically displacing the lifting structure, so that the upward movement of the arm members is coupled to a backward pivoting of the head.

  • Publication number: 20070139108
Abstract: A pre-distorter that compensates for amplitude and phase distortion created by an amplifier. During a training session, the amplifier is stimulated with input signals of pre-selected amplitude and phase at various temperatures and the amplifier output is captured and converted into data sets. Polynomials are then fitted to the data sets and inverses of the polynomials are determined. The coefficients of the inverse polynomials are then saved for each temperature. During operation, the amplifier temperature is predicted based on the amplifier input signal and the coefficients associated with the predicted temperature are selected to be applied to the input signal to compensate for amplitude and phase distortion caused by the amplifier.
