    Abstract: A communication system may include at least one first near-field communication (NFC) device associated with a position, and a server configured to provide at least one localized service from among a plurality of localized services based upon the at least one first NFC device. The communication system may also include at least one mobile wireless communications device comprising a second NFC device, and a controller coupled to the second NFC device and configured to transmit profile data to the at least one first NFC device based upon proximity. The server may be configured to selectively change the at least one localized service based upon the profile data.
