    Abstract: An electric supporting rod includes a driving unit and an actuating unit. The driving unit has a first outer cylinder and a driver disposed in the first outer cylinder. The first outer cylinder has an opening and elastic latching hooks disposed on an inner wall thereof, and the driver has a transmission slot. The actuating unit has a second outer cylinder and a transmission screw rod sheathed in the second outer cylinder. The second outer cylinder has an insertion part inserted to the opening, the transmission screw rod has a passive end engaged with the transmission slot, the insertion part has connection pieces surrounding the passive end, and the connection pieces are latched with the elastic latching hooks to longitudinally lock driving unit and the actuating unit. Accordingly, the electric supporting rod has advantages of simply in structure and easy to be assembled.

    Abstract: This disclosure is directed to an electric support rod having a driving assembly, an actuating assembly, and a bearing. The driving assembly has a first outer tube and a driving unit in the first outer tube. An internal thread is configured in the first outer tube. The actuating assembly has a second outer tube and a transmission screw rod in the second outer tube. Multiple elastic arms axially are extended from the second outer tube and arranged spacedly around the transmission screw rod. Each elastic arm has an outer thread structure and a hook portion. The second outer tube is inserted in the first outer tube, the internal thread is screwed with the outer thread structure. One end of the transmission screw rod protrudes from the second outer tube to engage the driving unit. The bearing sheathes the transmission screw rod and the hook portion latches the bearing.

    Abstract: A silenced guide rail includes a guide rail body, a guide block, and a slideway. The guide rail body includes a beam piece, and the beam piece includes an abutting end. The guide block is connected to one end of the guide rail body, and the guide block includes a docking strip. The docking strip includes a corresponding abutting end corresponding to the abutting end. The abutting end includes a short side and a bevel. A shape of the corresponding abutting end corresponds to a shape formed by the short side and the bevel. The slideway is formed on the beam piece and the docking strip. Therefore, the present disclosure reduces an abnormal noise generated when a guide post passes through a connection between the guide rail body and the guide block, and an effect of eliminating all or most of the abnormal noise may be achieved.

    Abstract: An automotive seat rail includes a rail and an engaging structure. The engaging structure includes a fixing frame, an engaging member and an elastic member. The fixing frame includes a fixing portion and an abutting portion fixed to and abutting an inner rail respectively. The engaging member includes an engaging section, a base section, and a stress section sequentially coupled to each other and bent with respect to each other. The base section is pivotally coupled to the fixing frame, and the engaging section is engaged between the inner and outer rails. When the stress section is controlled by an external force, the engaging section is driven to release the engagement between the inner rail and the outer rail, so as to ensure the accurate action of the engaging structure and allow the engaging member to have better structural strength, smoother control, and more accurate engagement and disengagement effects.

    Abstract: A seat height adjustment device includes a clutch mechanism (100) and a brake mechanism (500) which are coaxially arranged. The brake mechanism includes a bracket (8), and the bracket has a plurality of fastening components (9) that can be separately fixed corresponding to each of the mounting holes and cannot rotate with respect to the bracket (8). Each fastening component has a connecting end (91) connected to the bracket. The clutch mechanism includes a cover (1) having an outer diameter enlarged with respect to each of the connecting ends. Thereby the structure strength of the seat height adjusting device can be enhanced, and the seat height adjusting device can be installed and fixed to the seat in a general manner.
