Publication number: 20240189109Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for sacroiliac joint fusion described include an implant comprising a first body having a distal anchor and a second body having proximal anchor. The first body includes a threaded body integrally formed with the first body or threadably coupled to the first body. The distal anchor may be formed by a pair of deployable wings. The pair of deployable wings may be deployed within the cancellous bone of the sacrum and anchored against the cortical bone of the sacrum. The proximal anchor may engage with an outer surface of the ilium. The second body may be threaded along the threaded body to provide compression across the sacroiliac joint. Compressing the sacroiliac joint can reduce motion thereof to promote fusion and stabilization.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 8, 2023Publication date: June 13, 2024Inventors: Todd Moseley, Melissa Frock, Colton McQuinn, Jeffrey David Lee, Nick Furman, Adam Frock

Publication number: 20240189108Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion are described. At least one posterior SI implant and at least one lateral SI implant may be implanted. The posterior SI implant may be placed in the intra-articular region, and the lateral SI implant may transfix the SI joint such that the lateral SI implant passes through the ilium, across the SI joint, and into the sacrum. The lateral SI implant may compress the SI joint. The lateral SI implant may be inserted through a window in the posterior SI implant to interlock the two implants.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 8, 2023Publication date: June 13, 2024Inventors: Todd Moseley, Colton McQuinn, Luke Luallin, Melissa Frock, Jeffrey David Lee, Nick Furman, Adam Frock, Adam Rogers, Christian Aragonez, Jeff Slover

Publication number: 20240137328Abstract: Reservations of resources within a dynamic workspace are made and facilitated including by pushing configurations specific to a worker for whom a reservation is made to the resource for a limited time period for the reservation. When the worker arrives for the reservation and checks in, configurations associated with the worker are obtained and pushed to the resource to configure the resource for use by the worker for a time period of the reservation. In some cases, an identity of the worker may be verified to complete the check in process for the reservation. In response to an end time of the reservation being determined, such as based on a scheduled end time for the reservation or based on a determination that the resource has gone unused for some amount of time, the configurations are removed from the resource to prepare the resource for use by a next worker.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 27, 2023Publication date: April 25, 2024Inventors: Cynthia Eshiuan Lee, Harold David Moseley, Jeffrey William Smith

Patent number: 11922347Abstract: The future presence of a worker in a dynamic workspace which includes resources for temporary use may be signaled to other workers. In response a first worker making a reservation of a resource, a second worker to indicate the future presence of that first worker to is determined based on communication records associated with the first worker and the second worker. An indication of the reservation of the resource for the first worker, and thus the future presence of that first worker in an office which includes that reserved resource, is accordingly signaled to the second worker. A suggested resource for the second worker may then be determined based on the reservation of the resource for the first worker. In response to the second worker making a reservation of the suggested resource, a reservation record indicating the reservation of the suggested resource for the second worker may then be generated.Type: GrantFiled: July 29, 2021Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: Zoom Video Communications, Inc.Inventors: Cynthia Eshiuan Lee, Harold David Moseley, Jeffrey William Smith

Publication number: 20230329761Abstract: An insertion instrument for inserting an implant includes an elongated main body having a proximal handle and a distal portion that selectively couples to the implant. A wing actuation tool is slidably engaged in a central passage of the elongated main body to fix the implant to the elongated main body. The wing actuation tool temporarily attaches to the implant allowing for deployment and retraction of wings of the implant during surgery. Longitudinal translation of the wing actuation tool deploys an actuation plunger of the implant.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 22, 2023Publication date: October 19, 2023Inventors: Adam Rogers, Douglas Snell, Annaria Barnds, Adam Frock, Jeffrey David Lee, Jeff Slover

Publication number: 20230320764Abstract: A disposable insertion instrument for inserting an implant includes a handle assembly, a drive assembly, and a plunger assembly. The drive assembly comprises an inner shaft and a spring received within an outer sleeve. A locking pin and drive lobes on the inner shaft cooperate to reversibly lock the drive assembly in a retracted position. A medical implant may be attached to the instrument via an adapter located at a distal end of the drive assembly. Following use for insertion of the medical implant into a patient, the disposable insertion instrument may be discarded.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 2, 2023Publication date: October 12, 2023Inventors: Jeff Slover, Adam Frock, Todd Moseley, Jeffrey David Lee, Christian Aragonez, Adam Rogers, Melissa Frock

Publication number: 20230149046Abstract: A system and method for reducing spondylolisthesis. The system includes a bracket comprising a first opening and a second opening, a first and second rod, and a first and second knob. The system may be placed onto a patient's back, the rods may be inserted through the first opening and the second opening and further into a first vertebral part and a second vertebral part. Tightening of a first knob and a second knob on the first and second rod allow for repositioning of the vertebra. Once repositioned, an interspinous implant may be inserted into the interspinous process space, connecting the vertebrae.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 18, 2022Publication date: May 18, 2023Inventors: Todd Moseley, Jeffrey David Lee, Melissa Frock

Publication number: 20150058213Abstract: A method, smart card and electronic device which disable transmission of a credential stored on the smart card are described. In one aspect, the method includes: detecting occurrence of a predetermined trigger condition associated with a power state transition affecting the smart card storing the credential; and in response to detecting occurrence of the predetermined trigger condition, adjusting a registry to de-activate an applet associated with the credential, the registry controlling wireless transmission of the credential such that when the applet associated with the credential is de-activated, wireless transmission of that credential is prevented and when the applet associated with the credential is activated, wireless transmission of that credential is permitted.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 21, 2013Publication date: February 26, 2015Inventors: Jeffrey David LEE KIM-KOON, Levent YILMAZ
