  • Patent number: 11871711
Abstract: An apparatus and method is disclosed comprises a root trellis or use thereof. Specifically, a solid medium made from a non-corrosive material composed of a 3-dimensional solid grid for supporting and providing structure to a plant root's downward and lateral growth when roots are otherwise unsupported by a solid medium. The apparatus is potentially constricted with an attached appendage by which the trellis can suspend itself from the container or reservoir it is placed inside to maintain a functional shape, especially if the device composition material is not rigid enough to support its own shape.

  • Publication number: 20120215133
Abstract: A catheter tip device and methods for manufacturing of a catheter tip device. The device comprises a transducer module attached to a capsule, wherein the transducer module comprises a carrier. The carrier includes a recessed die-attach area, a lead area having at least one groove disposed therein and includes a barrier. The barrier extends from the carrier to partially circumscribe the recessed-die attach area. The methods of manufacturing the catheter tip device involve the use of inserting the carrier into the capsule.

  • Patent number: 8140146
Abstract: A catheter tip device and methods for manufacturing a catheter tip device are disclosed, the device comprising a transducer module attached to a capsule, wherein the transducer module comprises a carrier including a recessed die-attach area, a transducer die located in the recessed die-attach area, and at least one conductive lead deposited onto the carrier and interconnected to the transducer die. The recessed die-attach area has an outer perimeter greater than the outer perimeter of the transducer die forming a groove between at least one edge of the transducer die and the outer perimeter in which an adhesive agent is located to attach the transducer die to the recessed die-attach area. The methods of manufacturing the catheter tip device involve the use of an array of carriers.
