Abstract: A transportable carrying cases for toiletries, cosmetics and personal hygiene items, for use in both wet and dry environments is disclosed. The carrying case has a main body portion with a top opening, and a perforate floor, a bottom portion configured to receive a lower portion of the main body portion in nesting or contiguous relationship, whereby excess moisture shed from articles contained in the main body portion is drained through the perforate floor into a reservoir provided in the bottom portion spaced below the perforate floor.
