  • Patent number: 11937710
Abstract: A folding chair includes front and rear supports that fold and/or retract into central beams to reduce the space occupied by the chair in a folded configuration. A backrest is coupled to the central beams with a hub that allows an angle of the backrest relative to the central beams to be selected and for the backrest to be folded flat relative to the central beams. One or more actuators and pin actuators may control the relative movements of the backrest, front support, rear support, and central beams.

  • Patent number: 11849858
Abstract: A pillow assembly for a chair is disclosed. The pillow assembly includes a pillow and clip assembly. The clip assembly is attached to the back of the pillow and is biased toward the back of the pillow such that a restorative force may secure the pillow to a chair. A grippy part may be disposed on the clip assembly to enhance securing the pillow in a desired position. The attached clip part may also have a protruding tab for a user to easily grasp the clip assembly. The clip assembly can slide over a complementary part on a chair, and is biased to secure the pillow in a desired position.

  • Patent number: 11744408
Abstract: The present invention relates to a removable cookware handle having an elongated handle section. The elongated handle section has first and second ends, wherein at the first end of the handle section there is the means for removable attachment to the attachment point on a cookware container and a means for locking the removable handle to the attachment point. The attachment point in on the cookware container comprises a bracket that has a depending section attached to a side wall of the cookware container and a flange at the top edge of the depending section and extending outwardly from the side wall of the cookware container. A non-circular elongated opening is centrally located through the flange and generally orientated with its longitudinal axis generally parallel to the side wall of the cookware container. The opening is sized and shaped to engage with the means for removable attachment on the handle.

  • Publication number: 20230157468
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an adjustable cup holder for holding a beverage container. The adjustable cup holder includes a body, a base configured to support the weight of a beverage container, an adjustable diameter ratchet strap configured to accommodate a diameter of the beverage container, and a connector. The holding portion of the cup holder may be connected to the body via a first hinge configured such that the beverage container holding portion is rotatable relative to the body about an axis to allow beverage container holding portion to hold the beverage container relatively level. The holding portion of the cup holder may be connected to the body via a hinge configured such that the beverage container holding portion is pivotable relative to the body about an axis from a use position to a stowed position.

  • Publication number: 20180256108
Abstract: Some embodiments described herein relate to an apparatus, such as an inserter, having a housing and a needle at least partially disposed within the housing. An actuator can be coupled to the needle and configured to move the needle between an actuated configuration and a retracted configuration. A wire can be at least partially disposed within the needle. The wire can be fixedly and immovably coupled to the housing. In some embodiments a biosensor can be disposed within the needle and the apparatus can be configured to deliver or implant the biosensor to a patient, for example, under the patient's skin. The biosensor can constructed of a non-rigid material, such as hydrogel. In some embodiments, the apparatus can be configured to deliver or implant the biosensor without applying a force to the biosensor.
