  • Publication number: 20240153341
Abstract: The innovations herein concern workflow improvements for a hosted gaming environment to provide improved flexibility, scalability, and data security. In particular, a hosted gaming platform may be used to provide backend data services, such as the determination of spin results for slot-based games, to a number of different players and/or game types, while maintaining a consistent and seamless user experience. According to some embodiments, a hosted gaming platform may receive a first spin request from a current round of a first gameplay session executing at a frontend gaming client and then execute the first spin request to produce one or more spin results. The hosted gaming platform may then return the one or more spin results to the frontend gaming client, wherein the one or more spin results arrive at the frontend gaming client during a first reel spin duration of the first gameplay session at the frontend gaming client.

  • Patent number: 11819970
Abstract: A tool for driving a component with a knurling pattern around an outer surface of the component is provided. A shaft, with a first end, is in the form of at least a partial cylinder, where the at least partial cylinder has a first inner diameter that is less than an outer diameter of the knurling pattern. Serrations in the shaft have a pattern that matches the knurling pattern, which allow the serration in the shaft to engage with the knurling pattern so that when the shaft is rotated, the component is rotated.

  • Patent number: 8672708
Abstract: A connector assembly including a support frame and a module assembly that is movably coupled to the support frame. The module assembly includes first and second connector modules that are positioned adjacent to each other and a coupling member that joins the first and second connector modules. Each of the first and second connector modules is configured to mate with a mating connector along a corresponding mating axis to establish a communicative connection. The coupling member joins the first and second connector modules such that the first and second connector modules move with each other and relative to the support frame. The coupling member permits the first and second connector modules to move relative to each other when the mating connectors engage the first and second connector modules.
