  • Publication number: 20090187822
Abstract: A verification architecture for verifying that a setup application (or installer) for installing, modifying, repairing and uninstalling an application properly deploys the desired features in complex computing environments. The extensible framework allows all facets of an API to be customized for the needs of any software product. An explorer user interface facilitates viewing and managing the data that represents the behavior of the installer in the targeted environment. The explorer allows the user to make changes either on a single item or a large number of items all at once. The explorer can display the differences between two different executions of the tool, and then allow the user to view each individual difference and update the expected behavior in the environment based on the data presented. This solution applies to businesses that plan on releasing a software product which include multiple configurations and/or is intended to deploy on multiple platforms.

  • Publication number: 20080195137
Abstract: A device for treating a fusiform aneurysm includes an elongate catheter and an expandable member detachably coupled with the elongate catheter at or near its distal end and adapted to assume a fusiform expanded shape. In its expanded shape the external surface of the expandable member will contact an inner wall of the aneurysm, thus preventing blood from passing between the external surface of the expandable member and the inner wall of the aneurysm. The expandable member includes an inflation lumen for expansion and a blood flow lumen to allow blood to flow from a portion of a blood vessel proximal to the aneurysm, through the blood flow lumen, to a portion of the blood vessel distal to the aneurysm. The expandable member is adapted to retain an expanded configuration and remain in place within the aneurysm when detached from the elongate catheter body.

  • Publication number: 20070215293
Abstract: A hinge assembly pivotally couples adjacent panels together in an overhead sectional door. The panels include stiles between each lateral end of the panel to which the hinge assemblies are attached. The hinge assembly includes an upper hinge leaf on an upper panel with a pair of spaced generally parallel flanges which span the juncture between the upper and lower panels. The hinge assembly also includes a lower hinge leaf with a pair of flanges projecting generally parallel to each other. The lower hinge leaf is mounted to one of the stiles of the lower panel and each flange includes a pivot axis hole near a terminal end thereof for alignment with a pivot axis hole in one of the flanges of the upper leaf. The stile includes a pair of spaced, parallel sidewalls and a notch, depression or recess is on each sidewall. The recesses provide a seat for the respective flanges of the hinge leaves and clearance between the sidewall of the stile and any adjacent components.

  • Publication number: 20070094044
Abstract: The current system can include user-initiated, system-prompted and sometimes human-assisted consumer access to specific filters within the automated system. These filters can direct the consumers/patient to a rank ordered list of various health and wellness providers that are relatively available. This list can be segmented by various criteria that are ranked however the consumer chooses. These can include providers that are within the specific health plan or under the insurance coverage or previous pay arrangement of the consumer, or by geographical or zip code locations, and various other optional criteria, including, but not limited to, ethnicity, language, proficiency, gender, experience level, specialization, and the like. The consumer can schedule a consultation/appointment/visit on the appointment schedule of the provider of the consumer's choice after reviewing the options available.

  • Publication number: 20060162875
Abstract: A sectional overhead door is customized by including overlay members selectively mounted to the panels. The front face of the panels may have a design stamped or embossed therein to simulate the vertical slats of a wooden carriage house door. The door panels and the resulting door is customized with the addition of overlay members simulating the transverse or diagonal wood slats on traditional carriage house doors. The overlay members are selectively mounted to the front skin of the door panels at a variety of locations and orientations to mate with the design on the front skin of the panels.

  • Patent number: 5597331
Abstract: A battery connector assembly for an automotive electrical system. The battery connector assembly includes a clamp portion joined to an electrically conductive body member at one end thereof and a stud portion joined to the body member at another end thereof. A pinchbolt and fastener is used to secure the clamp portion to a battery terminal post of a first battery. A transfer terminal is electrically connected to a second battery and is also removably connected to the stud portion. When both the battery connector assembly is connected to the terminal post of the first battery, and the transfer terminal is connected to the stud portion, the fastener used to clamp the clamp portion to the terminal post is obstructed from access. The result is that removing the clamp portion from the first battery is inhibited without first removing the transfer terminal.
