    Abstract: A temperature control device for cooling a hot car seat surface is disclosed. The device comprises covering means for covering substantially all of the surface area of the car seat, a pocket or space for receiving a buckling apparatus, and cooling means for cooling both the car seat surface and buckling apparatus. The temperature control device may also be rolled up, readily stored, and reused. The temperature control device may also be used to warm a cold car seat surface and buckling apparatus, by substituting warming material for cooling material in the device.
