  • Patent number: 11526238
Abstract: An interactive environment image may be displayed in a virtual environment space, and interaction with the interactive environment image may be detected within a three-dimensional space that corresponds to the virtual environment space. The interactive environment image may be a three-dimensional image, or it may be two-dimensional. An image is displayed to provide a visual representation of an interactive environment image including one or more virtual objects, which may be spatially positioned. User interaction with the visualized representation in the virtual environment space may be detected and, in response to user interaction, the interactive environment image may be changed.

  • Publication number: 20210405599
Abstract: Systems and methods for creating and using equipment definitions are provided. An archetypal device used to identify one or more data points associated with the archetypal device. A point definition is generated for each identified data point associated with the archetypal device. Each point definition includes an abstraction of a text string extracted from the corresponding data point that is applicable to multiple different devices of the same type of building equipment. The generated point definitions are used to create an equipment definition for a type of building equipment. The equipment definition can be used to identify data points associated with other devices of the same type of building equipment and to automatically create equipment objects representing such devices.

  • Patent number: 11099115
Abstract: A system and method for surface characterization of a porous solid or powder sample using flowing gas include mass flow controllers configured to deliver a controllable mass flow of a carrier gas and adsorptive gas to vary concentration of the adsorptive gas flowing through at least one measurement channel containing a sample cell. A concentration detector downstream of the sample cell provides a signal indicative of the adsorptive gas concentration to a controller that determines the amount of adsorptive gas adsorbed and/or desorbed to characterize the surface area, pore volume, pore volume distribution, etc. of the sample material. The detector may include a housing, heat exchanger, thermal conductivity detector, and a temperature regulator.

  • Patent number: 11076510
Abstract: A heat-management device includes an array of recesses distributed across an external surface of a thermally conductive body. The device includes an array of protrusions interspersed with the array of recesses that form a network of cavities within an internal volume of the thermally conductive body. The array of recesses and the array of protrusions define a non-planar interface that is complementary to a curved surface of a heat source. A fluid volume can be retained within the network of cavities at a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure. The heat management device includes a cooling operation mode wherein the fluid volume absorbs heat from the heat source through the non-planar interface and dissipates heat away from the heat source through the network of cavities.
