    Abstract: A mounting support bracket permits an attachment of a storage cart on a side wall of a utility vehicle. The mounting support bracket includes a base bar coupled to the side wall of the utility vehicle and oriented to extend horizontally, a pair of adjustable bar members slidably mounted to the base bar and oriented to extend vertically, each adjustable bar member in the pair of bar members designed to slidably adjust in a lateral direction, upward direction and downward direction relative to the base bar to a desired position, and a pair of hook members coupled to the pair of adjustable bar members. The hook members support the storage cart thereon, thereby permitting the storage cart to be secured to the utility vehicle.

Also disclosed is a process for the preparation of microcapsules comprising subjecting a flowable mixture of core material and a first amount of water insoluble shell material to a pressure force to form a pressure-treated mixture, and passing said pressure-treated mixture through a spray nozzle into a chilling zone to form a solidified composition.

    Abstract: A healthcare referral system and methods for processing healthcare referrals are provided. The system preferably includes a server computer, an originator computer having originator software stored therein, a recipient computer having recipient software stored therein, a database of originators, a database of recipients, a database of referrals, and a database of confirmations. The healthcare referral system advantageously shortens the time to make a referral and reduces referral data error by populating forms with originator and patient data required by the recipient and transmitting the referral to the recipient via the server computer. The healthcare referral system also provides detailed records of the referral by storing referred patient data on the recipient's computer and transmitting a confirmation of referral and referral time to the originator.
