    Abstract: A multi-core electric power metal conductive wire is manufactured according to the steps as follow: first, providing a plurality of solid conductive cores; next, providing a first conductive metal material with a first DC resistance to encase each conductive core to form a conductive strand; collecting and binding a plurality of conductive strands in one bundle; providing at least one sheet type second conductive metal material to encase the bundle of the conductive strands to form a conductive bus and form a connection seam between two side walls of the second conductive metal material not yet connected; forming an electric connection spot at the connection seam through a welding process; and finally providing an insulation encasing material to encase the conductive bus to finish the multi-core electric power metal conductive wire. The invention provides a simpler fabrication process and can reduce skin effect of the metal conductive wire.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing coil holders aims to improve the disadvantages of complicated fabrication processes and undesirable production efficiency of the conventional techniques. The method includes: providing a bobbin and a conducting wire and winding the conducting wire on the bobbin, encasing the bobbin wound with the conducting wire with a molding material and reserving a through hole in the molding material corresponding to the bobbin to form a coil rack, and inserting a magnetic core into the through hole to hold on the coil rack to become a finished product of a coil holder. The present invention can finish fabrication of the coil holder through only one injection molding process. It greatly simplifies fabrication process and can reduce cost and increase production yield.

    Abstract: A conducting wire structure and a method of manufacturing a conducting wire core, the conducting wire comprises at least one core and an insulation skin encasing the core. The core is formed by stacking a plurality of flattened conductors with flattened cross sections interposed by an insulation layer. The insulation layer bonds two neighboring flattened conductors to form the core in an integrated manner. The flattened conductors can conduct an identical electric signal. Thus the surface area of the flattened conductors can transmit electric power or signal to maximize conductive area of one core. The method of manufacturing a core includes: providing a plurality of flattened conductors with flattened cross sections through a conductor flattened fabrication means; coating an insulation layer on the surface of the flattened conductors through a coating means; and stacking the flattened conductors coaxially to form a core. Thus conductive surface area can be maximized.

    Abstract: A power adapter equipped with line winding function comprises an adapter body and a line winding means. The adapter body includes a housing and a conversion circuit held in the housing. The housing has a coupling side substantially in parallel with the conversion circuit. The coupling side includes at least one first coupling portion. The line winding means includes a first conducting line end and a second conducting line end that are extensible or retractable and electrically connected. The first conducting line end is extended into the housing to form electric connection with the conversion circuit. Hence the first conducting line end can transfer electric power from the conversion circuit to the second conducting line end. The line winding means further has at least one second coupling portion which is separable or latchable with the first coupling portion through forces.

It is environment-friendly and may be recycled.
