  • Publication number: 20220327400
Abstract: A method of outlier detection includes steps as follows. Distances from an input data point to a plurality of subspaces respectively are calculated. A minimum distance is selected from the distances to leave one or more remaining distances. The one or more remaining distances are utilized to normalize the minimum distance to obtain the normalized distance value. Whether the normalized distance value is greater than a threshold value is detected, so as to output a detection result.

  • Patent number: 8011548
Abstract: A nail gun having a safe firing mechanism is composed of a main body, a nail-driving member, a safety member, and a linkage. The main body includes a nail passage for receiving nails and a nail chamber for receiving a nail ready to be fired by the nail-driving member. The nails include an initial nail, a final nail, and a plurality of standby nails located between the initial and final nails. The linkage includes a contact portion and a stopping end linking up with the contact portion. The contact portion is stopped against the standby nail. The stopping end is stopped against the safety member. When the contact portion is not stopped against the standby nail, the stopping end is located at where the safety member is stopped. When the contact portion is stopped against the standby nail, the stopping end shifts to where the safety member is not stopped.

  • Patent number: 6726532
Abstract: A tensioning assembly for a polishing belt on a linear chemical mechanical polishing apparatus. The tensioning assembly comprises first and second rollers which are operably engaged by respective air cylinders and exert a selected degree of downward tension on the lower run of the horizontal polishing belt. A third roller biased typically by a spring pushes upwardly on the lower run of the belt between the first and second rollers. Accordingly, the first and second rollers, in conjunction with the third roller, tension the belt on the apparatus to maintain optimum material removal rates and uniformity. The degree of tension exerted on the belt can be varied according to stretching of the belt resulting from prolonged use.
