  • Patent number: 11992312
Abstract: Sensor systems can be used to measure an analyte concentration. Sensor systems can include a base having a distal side configured to face towards a person's skin. An adhesive can couple the base to the skin. A transcutaneous analyte measurement sensor can be coupled to the base and can be located at least partially in the host. A transmitter can be coupled to the base and can transmit analyte measurement data to a remote device.

  • Publication number: 20080112938
Abstract: This invention provides a eukaryotic cell that stably expresses exogenous, ectopic SID-1 to confer enhanced polynucleotide, e.g. siRNA or dsRNA, uptake. Thus, in one aspect, this invention provides a eukaryotic cell which stably expresses exogenous SID-1 polynucleotide and is. The cells stably expressing SID-1 are particularly useful for high throughput screening of gene activity using RNA interference. Methods for producing and using the cells also are provided in this application.
