    Abstract: Systems and methods for real-time notification and mobile content delivery are provided herein. In one embodiment, a system includes a server that is configured to receive user parameter data of a user, construct a user plan that includes meal and exercise components, perform periodic evaluations of the user based on one or more targets, the one or more targets being based on the meal and exercise components, the evaluations including biometric feedback from biometric tracking devices or the user that are indicative of user performance relative to the one or more targets, and periodically transmit messages to a client device associated with the user to inform the user of any of compliance with or deviations relative to the one or more targets.
