  • Patent number: 9915665
Abstract: System and methods are disclosed for identifying and isolating antibodies with specific affinity with an antigen of interest. Multiple DNA libraries encoding antibodies or their fragments are designed such that the encoded antibodies from different libraries are tagged differently. These libraries may be transformed into yeast cells. The variants of the antibodies are displayed on the surface of the yeast cells and flow cytometry may be used to sort the cells based on antigen affinity and the different tags on the antibodies. By allowing multiple libraries to be screened simultaneously, the disclosed methods help improve the efficiency of affinity.

  • Publication number: 20150254730
Abstract: Identifiers for works indexed using different content identification schemes can be received, and associated with respective unique identifiers in a Unified Numbering System (UNS) database. The UNS identifiers can be used to track public performances of the works, even if the public performance of the work is reported using disparate content identification schemes. UNS identifiers can also be used to associate enhancement information with works indexed using different content identification schemes.

  • Publication number: 20150180927
Abstract: A preference related to the broadcast of a work, for example a song, advertisement, or enhanced content associated with the work can be obtained from an end user. The work is associated with one of a plurality of unique identifiers, such as a unified numbering system (UNS) identifier, and the UNS identifier can be used to associate enhanced content associated with the work. The UNS identifier and the user's preference for enhanced content can be used to select and deliver appropriate enhanced content to end users or other subscribers. The enhanced content can be delivered to an end user's device to coincide with the broadcast of the work.

  • Patent number: 8977220
Abstract: A preference related to the broadcast of a work, for example a song or advertisement, is obtained from a subscriber. The work is associated with one of a plurality of unique identifiers, and the particular identifier with which the work is associated can be identified in some instances by using information included with the subscriber preference. In response to determining which unique identifier is associated with the work, content associated with that identifier can be delivered to the subscriber according to his preference.
