Abstract: The present invention is directed to methods, systems, and non-transitory computer readable mediums which can evaluate cyber readiness of an organization. The methods can include: presenting a plurality of objective questions to a user; receiving answers to said plurality of objective questions from said user; determining based on said answers a risk rating for a threat origin of a cyber-attack; determining based on said answers a strength rating for an organizational safeguard against said threat origin; comparing said risk rating of said threat origin to said strength rating of said organizational safeguard; determining based on said comparison a cyber readiness of said organizational safeguard from said cyber-attack by said threat origin; and presenting the cyber readiness of said organizational safeguard. Systems and non-transitory computer readable mediums operating in a similar fashion as such systems are disclosed herein.

Abstract: A method and system are provided to improve industrial engineered systems such as oil well drilling decisions and transfer risk. The method and system each include an interactive decision-support planning tool that aids a user as to how to select a portfolio of engineered systems and entities that the systems will process such as aircraft engines and flights, rigs and reserves, apparatus configuration, apparatus inspection, apparatus on line sensors, dynamic operations decisioning for the apparatus and drill path or asset dispatching and a contractual incentive to allocate risks to stakeholders best positioned to abate them.

Abstract: A method is provided for decision making based on information requirements of a business system. The method includes reading a decision information matrix that includes at least one process step related to a process of the business system, input information requirements associated with each of the at least one process step. The method also includes processing a deal, the deal including a set of available information, comparing the available information associated with the deal to the input information requirements associated with the at least one process step, activating the at least one process step if the input information requirements associated with the at least one process step are included in the available information associated with the deal.

Abstract: Method for generating a three dimensional image of a sample of a material on a micrometer length scale comprises disposing the sample of the material on a sample holder, moving the sample holder to a first location where a tool is moved in a first direction toward the sample to remove material from the sample to provide a sample cross-section, moving the sample holder in a second direction to a second location where a digital image of the sample section is generated and stored, sensing the position of the sample holder at the second direction and storing the sensed position associated with the digital image, repeating steps a) through d) to provide a series of digital images and a corresponding series of sensed positions, and constructing a three dimensional image of the sample using the series of digital images and the corresponding series of sensed positions.
