  • Patent number: 11293826
Abstract: A device for detecting at least one property of a fluid medium, and a method for its production. The method includes a) providing at least one housing, the housing having at least one electrical contact; introducing at least one sensor element for detecting the property into the housing; c) providing at least one pressure-pipe tube, the pressure-pipe tube including at least one contacting element; d) bringing the contacting element into contact with the sensor element in such a way that an electrical connection is established between the contacting element and the sensor element; and e) introducing at least one circuit substrate into the housing in such a way that the circuit substrate is electrically connected to the electrical contact of the housing and to the sensor element, the housing and the pressure-pipe tube being produced as separate components.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 17, 2016
Date of Patent: April 5, 2022
    Assignee: Robert Bosch GmbH
Inventors: Alexander Lux, Andreas Otto, Andreas Roehler, Jens Vollert, Markus Reinhard, Patrik Patzner, Ronny Wolf, Vincent Barnstorff

  • Patent number: 9326408
Abstract: A sensor has a sensor housing, an electronic component, and a sensor element. The electronic component and the sensor element are connected to one another in a media-tight manner. An adhesive which provides a seal is placed between bonding sites of a bonding wire of the at least one electrical connection.

    Assignee: ROBERT BOSCH GMBH
Inventors: Holger Scholzen, Christoph Gmelin, Jens Vollert, Markus Ellmer
  • Patent number: 9238472
Abstract: The wheel set shaft of a rail vehicle is protected in an effective and economical manner by a protection device. The device includes an elastomeric mat which can be easily placed on the wheel set shaft and retaining means for retaining the elastomeric mat on the wheel set shaft.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9006847
Abstract: In a sensor module for accommodating a pressure sensor chip and for installation into a sensor housing, a module wall is connected monolithically to the module bottom and surrounds the pressure sensor chip. Multiple connecting elements which are conducted through the module wall to the outside run straight at least in the entire outside area. Furthermore, the connecting elements are exposed on their top and bottom sides for affixing and electrically connecting at least one electrical component and for electrically integrating the sensor module into the sensor housing. In this way, a two-sided use of a sensor module having an identical external geometry and identical connectors is possible.
