  • Publication number: 20130048604
Abstract: A photoresist composition includes from about 20% to about 50% by weight of a polymer, from about 0.5% to about 1.5% by weight of a photo-acid generator, from about 0.01% to about 0.5% by weight of a photo absorber and the remainder includes an organic solvent. Also provided is a method of forming a fine pattern including forming a thin film on a substrate; forming a photoresist pattern by using a photoresist composition that includes from about 20% to about 50% by weight of a polymer, from about 0.5% to about 1.5% by weight of a photo-acid generator, from about 0.01% to about 0.5% by weight of a photo absorber and a remainder comprising an organic solvent; and patterning the thin film by using the photoresist pattern as an etch-stop layer to form a fine pattern.

  • Publication number: 20120315345
Abstract: One or more embodiments of the present invention describe a novel use of capsanthin and/or fatty-acyl ester of capsanthin to inhibit both the differentiation of pre-adipocytes to adipocytes and the accumulation of fat in the adipocytes. One or more embodiments of the present invention are based on findings that capsanthin contained in some natural products such as red pepper, paprika, bell pepper, etc. have anti-adipogenic activity by inhibiting both the differentiation of pre-adipocyte into adipocyte and the accumulation of fat in adipocytes, Therefore, this findings provide a functional food and a pharmaceutical composition wherein capsanthins and the extract of any natural products containing the same components are included in the functional food and the pharmaceutical composition, to offer obesity prevention and/or treatment effects.

  • Publication number: 20120244471
Abstract: A method for forming a pattern includes forming a photosensitive film by coating a photosensitive resin composition on a substrate, exposing the photosensitive film to light through a mask that includes a light transmission region and a non-light transmission region, coating a developing solution on the photosensitive film, and forming a photosensitive film pattern by baking the photosensitive film, wherein the photosensitive resin composition includes an alkali soluble base resin, a photoacid generator and a photoactive compound.

  • Patent number: 8133518
Abstract: The present invention is concerned with an edible plant oils from which saturated fatty acids were removed and manufacturing process thereof. In order to remove saturated fatty acids from the edible plant oils; 1) Saturated and unsaturated fatty acids bound on same triglyceride molecules of edible plant oils were segregated each other as alkylesters of fatty acids by conventional transesterification reaction in which edible plant oils were treated with large excess of absolute C1˜C8 alkanol under the presence of catalytic amount of alkali- or alkali-earth metal-C1˜C8 alkoxide. 2) The alkyl-esters of mixed fatty acids were treated with C1˜C8 alkanol solution of urea to remove the alkylester of saturated fatty acids by conventional fractional crystallization as urea complexes of saturated fatty acid-alkylesters.

  • Patent number: 6873119
Abstract: A non-rotating electrodeless high-intensity discharge lamp system using circularly polarized microwaves. The lamp system has a first rectangular waveguide to propagate linearly polarized microwaves generated from a microwave source; an input circular waveguide linearly connected to the first rectangular waveguide; a second rectangular waveguide closed at an end thereof, and perpendicularly connected to a circumferential surface of the input circular waveguide; an elliptical waveguide linearly connected to the input circular waveguide such that the major axis of the elliptical waveguide is rotated to a predetermined angle relative to a horizontal surface of the input rectangular waveguide; a second circular waveguide linearly connected to the elliptical waveguide; and a discharge lamp housed in a mesh cover, and supported by the second circular waveguide while being held on a reflecting mirror.
