  • Publication number: 20240072737
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a second LNA, first and second receiving circuits, an a radio frequency multiplexer. The first LNA is connected to a first receiving port, and the second LNA is connected to a second receiving port different from the first receiving port. The first receiving circuit includes a first transformer and processes one or more outputs of the first and second LNAs. The second receiving circuit processes one or more of the outputs of the first and second LNAs. The radio frequency multiplexer controls connection between the first and second LNAs and the first and second receiving circuits. The first receiving circuit includes a first variable capacitor having a first end connected to an output of the radio frequency multiplexer and a second end connected to the first transformer.

  • Patent number: 6880160
Abstract: A disk transferring device including a chassis; a moving unit which is tightly in contact with one surface of a disk and rotated by the force of a driving source for thereby moving the disk; a balance guide unit for contacting an inserted disk for thereby precisely inserting the disk; a holder guide unit which interlocks with the balance guide unit and is guided by the balance guide unit for thereby receiving the disk moved by a roller unit and guiding the disk until the disk transfer is finished; a selection guide unit which interlocks with the holder guide unit, is moved by the insertion power of the disk, and is interlocked according to the size of the insertion disk; and a clamping driving unit which is driven for the clamping operation of the disk, being interlocked with the selection guide unit. The holder guide unit or selection guide unit receives the driving force separated from the disk from the driving source when the disk transfer is finished.

  • Patent number: 6577586
Abstract: A clamping device of a disk drive including a driving source, a driving member rotated by the driving force of the driving source; a clamping member for clamping a disk while being ascended and descended by virtue of a rotation movement of the driving member; a clamping member ascending and descending unit for switching the rotation movement of the driving source to ascending and descending movement of the clamping member, and elastically supporting the disk on a turntable while the disk is being mounted on the turntable; and an elastic press member installed on the upper surface of the driving member, for pressing the clamping member in the direction where the disk is positioned. The elastic support arm, which is thin and has a desirable restoring force, is driven by the rotation movement of the clamp driving member, thereby ascending and descending the clamper. Thus, the overall construction is thin, light and small as well as ensuring the firm and reliable clamping of the disk.
